A complete mechanical overhaul is implemented, all threadbare parts are worked over or renewed. The complete geometry of the machine is established through grinding and scraping and measured to DIN-Specifications and recorded. The mechanical system will be redesigned so that the modern steering technology can be sensibly applied i.e. controls can be layered, ball socket
spindles installed, new measurement systems
integrated, lubrication rebuilt. Following general overhaul the customer receives a Certificate of
Authenticity as well as a 10-Year Guarantee for
Replacement Part- Allocation.
Electric
Exchange of the old steering mechanism camshaft for a CNC of the latest generation regardless of which steering mechanism was used previously. According to the area of application and nature of the task different SINUMERIK-steering mechanisms Camshaft can be utilized with our high dynamic SIMODRIVE-driving element regardless of wether digital- or analog technology will be used. When mechanical overhaul and up-dating are required we naturally offer these as a total package. Also your older existing NC- subprograms can be utilized after a Retrofit as we offer this service of program implementation with our steerings as an option.
